Tot School Letter H is for Hat
Are you looking for activities to get your toddler learning? These plans are hands on, engaging, and FUN for little learners. There are weekly lesson plans with a daily book suggestion and 2 learning activities that cover shapes, colors, numbers, and letters.
This week the theme is CLOTHING, while working on the letter H (and reviewing A-H).
Button Sorting- Practice shapes by sorting buttons onto each shirt.
Clothing Sorting- Dress each character for the appropriate season.
Alphabet Mitten- Pull out letters from a mitten. Match them to the letters on the alphabet mitten.
Missing Snowball- Review colors by hiding the snowball under the hats. Guess where the snowball is hiding, by naming the color hat.
Roll and Stack- Roll a dice and stack that many hats onto the man.
Mitten and Hat Match- Match the letters on the hats to the letters on the mittens.
Letter H Hat- Decorate the letter H and the hat.
Letters in the Hat- Pull letters out of a hat. Read the letter, and match it to the letters on the recording page.
Count and Fill Mitten- Count animal crackers into each mitten.
