These bee themed learning activities are perfect to go along with the book, Bee Dance, or for a mini unit on bees!
There are 5 colorful centers and 5 print and play activities in this pack.Flower Count- Dip your finger in ink and count bees onto each flower. Or use stickers, gems, or pom poms to count and cover the dots on each flower.
Waggle Dance- Pick a waggle dance card. Order the flowers in the correct sequence and then hop to each flower saying the number.
Bee Mazes- Follow each number to complete each maze.
Rhyming Puzzles- Build a bee by matching words that rhyme!
Alphabet Honeycombs- Build a honeycomb by matching uppercase and lowercase letters and a picture with the beginning sound.
Read and Dot- Read and dot each letter in the honeycomb.
Trace and Write- Trace each letter, then write each letter in the open honeycombs.
I Spy Numbers- Use a magnifying glass to find each number. Trace it on the recording page.
Bee Counting- Pick a bee hive counting card. Count bees (pom poms, bees) onto the honeycomb.
Count and Dot- Use dot stickers or dot markers to count bees in each row.
