 May Fine Motor Task Boxes


Are you looking for fine motor activities for May in your preschool classroom? These fine motor task boxes cover a variety of math, literacy, and writing skills, while practicing fine motor. 


May Fine Motor Task Boxes

Dough Letters and Sounds- Build each lowercase letter with play dough. Then, cover the two pictures with the correct beginning sound.


Shark Number Link- 
Link together number that are the same.


Fish Patterns- Use cubes or pom poms to create and extend each pattern.


Spin and Cover Numbers- Spin the spinner. Say the number. Use mini erasers to cover the matching number.


Ant Color Match- Sort beads by color and string onto the matching color of pipe cleaner.


Count and Clip- Count the objects in each picture. Clip the matching number clothespin.


Alien Letters- Use dry erase marker to trace each letter. 


Dough Pictures- 
Build each picture with play dough. Trace the word with dry erase marker.


Syllable Towers- 
Count the syllables in each word. Build a tower with that many cubes.
