This math preschool activity pack focuses on 2D Shapes with a fun, flower theme! Use these activities in circle time, small groups, centers, and/or for independent practice.

Flowers Preschool Math- 2D Shapes 

Whole Group/ Circle Time- Discuss 2D shapes and the attributes of each shape. Then say the chant and have students take turns picking and naming shape flowers.  

Small Groups/ Center Time- Find and identify each shape. Sort it into the correct shape pot.

Small Groups/ Center Time- Build each shape with play dough and pipe cleaners. 

Center Time/ Independent Practice- Practice shape identification by creating shape flowers with stickers. 

Center Time/ Independent Practice- Use the shapes provided to build a shape garden. Count how many of each shape you used.
