Gingerbread Kindergarten Math and Literacy Centers
Teen Number Hunt the Room- Get your students up and moving as they find each teen number. There are 3 versions included- numerals, base 10, and ten frames.
Search and Find CVC Words- Use a magnifying glass to search and find each CVC word. Cross it off the list.
One More, One Less- Count each picture. Use counters to determine one more and one less. Numbers 1-20 are included.
Trace and Build Letters - Trace each uppercase letter with dry erase marker. Then build each letter with play dough.
Domino Addition- Count the dots on each domino. Add them together. Feed the domino to the correct gingerbread number.
2D Shapes- Sort gingerbread shapes by shape, sides, or vertices onto the correct cookie tray. Then make a shape gingerbread house.
Syllable Smash- Count the syllables in each word. Smash a play dough ball for each syllable.
Beginning Sound Puzzles- Match the beginning sound gumdrops to the correct letter to complete each puzzle.
