Farm Preschool Math Mats
Are you teaching a farm theme this year? These farm themed math mats will practice various preschool math skills like patterns, shapes, counting, number recognition, 1:1 correspondence, one more, one less, sorting, and more!
Farm Animal One More, One Less - Roll a dice. Show the number with counters and write the number with dry erase marker. Show and write the numbers that are one more, and one less.
Spin and Build a Pattern - Spin the spinner. Build the pattern with beads, buttons, or cubes.
Race to 10 - This is a 2 player game. Take turns spinning the spinner and moving forward or backwards until you reach 10.
Silo Counting - Count the silos. Place the correct number next to each picture.
Blueberry Picking - Roll a dice. Count that many blueberries into the basket.
Flip and Count Hay Bales- Flip over a playing card. Count that many hay bales onto the tractor.
Roll and Cover - Roll a dice. Cover the number with a counter.
Pig Colors - Sort beads, buttons, or pom poms on the correct color of pig.
Chicken Shapes- Build each shape chicken with dough or Wikki Stix.
