Flight Unit
This unit of study is perfect for learning about flight with your kindergarten or 1st grade class. There are social studies activities, color centers, writing, no prep pages, and reading comprehension graphic organizers.
All About Flight- Use graphic organizers and mentor texts to learn about various flying objects, and the important people who invented them!
Flight Themed Writing- There are scrambled sentences, sentence starters, write the room, and an nonfiction book!
-CK Parachute Sort- Read each word and sort it under the correct word family.
Parts of Speech Sort - Read each word, and sort it according to the correct part of speech.
Kite Number Bonds- Solve each number bond.
Subtraction Puzzles- Solve each subtraction problem to create the pictures.
No Prep Pages - There are 10 flight themed no prep pages.
Reading Comprehension- There are 6 reading comprehension graphic organizers with a flight theme.
