Apple Preschool Math- Sorting and Graphing 

This math preschool activity pack focuses on sorting and graphing with a fun, apple theme! Use these activities in circle time, small groups, centers, and/or for independent practice.

Apple Preschool Math- Sorting and Graphing 

Whole Group/ Circle Time- Create an apple tree out of green painters tape. Place apples on the tree. Have each child pick an apple from the tree, and sort it into the correct basket. When all students have had a turn, graph the results. 

Small Groups/ Center Time- Place a handful of beads on the apple tree. "Pick" the apples and sort them on the playing mat. Then, graph the results. 

Small Groups/ Center Time- Sort Legos or blocks onto the matching color of apple. Build towers of that color, and graph the results.

Center Time/ Independent Practice- Sort dot stickers onto the correct color of apple. 

Center Time/ Independent Practice- Sort shape buttons/mini erasers onto the matching apple shape.
