Construction Preschool Circle Time 

Construction preschool circle time has 5 mini lessons to go along with a read aloud, 5 -songs/chants to practice skills, wiggle sticks, and questions of the day.

Missing Truck- Say the chant as a class. Hide the truck behind a number card. Guess which number the truck is hiding behind. 

        

Construction Letters -  Say the chant as a class. Take turns picking a letter card, and saying the letter. 

Name Game- Write a students name on each card. Say the chant as a class. Take turns saying each child's name, and having them find their name card. 

Question of the Day- There are 5,  construction themed, questions of the day to use during circle time.

Construction Sounds- Pick a beginning sound card. Say the sound. Cover the corresponding letter on the recording page. 

Construction Measurement - Measure construction trucks and tools with math cubes. Then, use dot stickers to measure the path of each construction truck. 

Tool Sort-  Sort the tools by color.
