Camping preschool circle time has 5 mini lessons to go along with a read aloud, 5 -songs/chants to practice skills, and questions of the day.

Counting Fireflies-  Say the chant as a class. Count the fireflies on each card.

Mr. Fox- Say the chant as a class. Give each child number cards. As you call different numbers, students stand up if they are holding the number you call. 

Tent Letters- Say the chant as a class. Pick a letter and name it. 

Ten Little Campers- Say the chant as a class, removing a camper each time.

Question of the Day- There are 5,  camping themed, questions of the day to use during circle time.

Counting Marshmallows-  Pick a number card. Count marshmallows onto the stick.

Feed the Bear- Practice beginning sounds by feeding the bear.

Fishing for Numbers- Go fishing for numbers! Sort the fish into the correct number bucket.
